ECC Inc. is an 8(a) certified and MBE company headquartered in Bristol, PA.  ECC began in 2002 offering primarily construction site cleaning services to General Contractors and Construction Management companies in the Tri-state area (Phila-NJ-DE). In recent years, ECC has expanded its services to include four operating divisions, Construction Services, Federal Contracting (services and supply), Janitorial & Facilities Management Services to commercial and government (federal and local) clients and Security Guard Services. Our company has experienced rapid growth due to extensive contacts, outstanding service, and competitive pricing. ECC. ranked #8 Top Minority Firm in the City of Philadelphia employing as many as 83 individuals in 2009. Additionally, our staff is trained in sustainability practices. We provide green cleaning product alternatives and techniques offering points toward LEED certification. Our flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile has earned us a considerable amount of respect within our industry.

Construction Services Division – The Construction Services Division is supported by a staff with over 25 years in the construction industry and a customer list that includes Gilbane, Turner Construction, Sands Casino & Resort and many more. Elohim Cleaning Contractors, Inc. has earned a great deal of respect within the industry providing general labor; post construction, final, and rough cleaning services; selective demolition; waste removal; and related site support services.  In 2010, the construction division expanded its services to include concrete work, primarily curbs and sidewalks and rough form work. We believe that a clean work site is a safe work site!

Federal Contracting Division - As an 8(a) certified and MBE small business, ECC, Inc. offers a full range of cost effective, eco-friendly products, services and security services to the federal government, including the overlapping services of our Construction, Janitorial/Facilities Management Services divisions. Customers include: Department of Veteran Affairs, Marine Corps Training Centers, and others.

Janitorial & Facilities Management Division -   ECC is a full service commercial cleaning company specializing in large scale and special events janitorial services. ECC has focused on “green” cleaning as the industry standard, with a focus on the use of eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques.  Customers included several government entities and large commercial facilities such as the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Security Division

Mission Statement

Our first priority is to address the unique security needs of our clients.

Elohim/Client Relationship - The Elohim Security Division emphasizes individual involvement. Our account executives are personally committed to the interests of each client. In the case of most clients, one account executive is responsible on an overall basis for the continuing relationship with the client. When the scope of a client’s needs require the attention of more than one security specialist, or when its nature is such that personnel at more than one level of experience can produce the best results for the client, that manager will be responsible for assembling the most economical mix of personnel and specialists to attend to these needs. As a result, clients are assured, not only of access to appropriate expertise, but of personnel continuity as well.

Services - Elohim Security is focused on providing uniformed guards and professional security agents to strategic locations identified by clients and our security specialists.  We currently work and train closely with local and federal authorities to ensure that we are in compliance with our client’s protocol and regulations. All guards are uniformed and certified in CPR and by OSHA.  Background and criminal checks are performed as part of the hiring process as part of our quality control and commitment to excellence to our clients.

Duties performed by Officers include:

·         Securing perimeters whether on

patrol or monitoring cameras

·         Report writing; including

accounting for secured property

·         Creating a safe environment

·         Handling any hazardous situation

that may arise in a safe, efficient

manor
